How to decide

Run real workloads first—not just a size check on the project. Record peak memory, cache growth, concurrent queues, and artifact size during one complete build. Multi-Mac collaboration add-ons

Thunderbolt 5 linking billed per device

When your workflow requires multiple Mac minis to run parallel tasks together, add Thunderbolt 5 linking. It works well for splitting build queues, test tasks, and data-processing steps, but does not replace task scheduling, cache consistency, or retry strategies.

Fees are calculated per participating device. Before checkout, confirm the device count, each region’s role, and task allocation, then verify the linked-device quantity on the bill.

The rental term determines the pricing tier

The bill uses the daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly rate. This example uses monthly billing for the MacRents M4 Plus, so the base plan is $199.3.

The region confirms the delivery location

The bill records the selected region—Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), or Hong Kong—for easier order and connection verification.

Add-ons are listed separately

SSD upgrades and Thunderbolt 5 linking are not included in the base plan price. Each add-on is calculated separately for the same rental term.

The final amount is the base plan plus all add-ons. Recheck the plan, region, term, capacity, and linked-device count before submitting the order.
